Considering the urgent need for the construction of marine ship defense system under the new situation and the present condition about rapid development of unmanned system swarm technology as a new type of threat,a kind of defense concept and alternative solution from the aspects of the detection and interception in a setting of marine ship encountering the threat of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarms and UUV is proposed unmanned underwater vehicle swarms. In detail, different defense concepts under the circumstances of air and underwater are given from two perspectives of defense strategy which are passive defense after alarming and active defense for pre-detecting.what’s more, the relevant technologies involved in the defense concept is explained, suggestions about corresponding development and the key technologies which need to be solved are given. The conception has a positive reference value and practical significance for the future ship defense system, and provides preliminary and feasible research ideas for the future ship equipment construction.

Modern Defense Technology    2018, 46 (6): 109-114.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-086x.2018.06.017

To achieve more accurate performance evaluation and functional verification of navigation interference, this essay used two important indicators of carrier phase error and code phase error to measure the interference effect on the receiver for the Costas carrier tracking loop and incoherent lead-delay-delayed-delay-locked-loop commonly used in the GPS tracking process. The above indicators were simulated under different interference scenarios. The simulation results showed that with the increase of the noise to noise ratio or under the same noise to noise ratio, as the interference bandwidth decreases, the carrier phase error and the code phase error deteriorated. That is, the interference effect was positively correlated with the interference power and negatively correlated with the interference bandwidth. The carrier loop tracking error under interference was usually several orders of magnitude smaller than the code tracking error. The simulation results verified the rationality of the assessment method.

YANG Xiao, ZHU Yu, WU Jian
Modern Defense Technology    2018, 46 (3): 80-85.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-086x.2018.03.012

In view of the incomplete evaluation of the underlying indicators and the operational action plan, based on evidence reasoning method, starting from the required capability of operational action, a belief rule base is built, and the multiple types of uncertainty data are converted into a unified belief structure. The results of the evaluation of the operational action plan are obtained by means of evidence reasoning.
